Ariel Ben-Hur joined the firm in 2007. He represents, amongst others, entities with regard to commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally. He also represents companies in corporate transactions and public and private offerings, in addition to advising companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Experience

Ariel is involved in raising capital and public offerings, including the use of a unique structure never before implemented in Israel. He handles tender offers of governmental entities and representation in connection with the commercial activities of such entities and represents banks in complex financial crisis procedures in transactions valued at billions of $US.

In several noteworthy cases, he counseled the manager of a banking consortium in the largest financing transaction in Israel worth billions of US$. In addition, he counseled a client with an Israeli production and marketing base, together with a US sister company, in a transaction with an international private equity fund, which purchased the majority shares and restructured the group.

Ariel specializes in industrial and business-related leases and use of lands, including representation before relevant Israeli authorities, and has handled numerous finance investments and share purchase agreements.

Ariel has participated in “Doing Business 2019” and “Doing Business 2020” – World Bank Group Flagship Reports.
