Michal Yalli Tal Bar


Yalli specialize in the fields of Corporate and Securities Law. Yalli represents publicly-traded reporting company in all commercial and reporting matters, handling inter alia periodic and immediate reports, public and private offerings, purchase offers, as well as corporate law and securities law matters. Furthermore, Yalli provides both public and privately held companies with ongoing legal consultation on Israeli Corporate and Securities Law including agreements pretraining to investments, management, employment, shareholders, services, finders, options and lease agreements.

Yalli interned at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, the Office of Legal Counsel and Legislative Affairs, International Department, where she specialized in human rights law. Her responsibilities included legal research and opinions’ writing on issues related to international law and matters on the agenda of the Attorney General, participation in seminars with foreign bodies, inter-ministerial meetings and Knesset committees.

During her studies, Yalli served as the research assistant of Dr. Daphna Richmond-Barak from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. Yalli assisted in the wring and editing of chapters on matters of international law and human rights.
